"It wasn’t a great day when I realised that a large number of photographs had disappeared from my computer’s photo library. But thanks to a member of staff at Sensible IT Solutions, the images were located and returned to their rightful place. It took nearly four hours to copy them back (remotely) into the photo library, so a very big thank you for saving the day. Although many pictures were backed up on disc, some were not.
